Shipping Policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are available for global delivery . Please check your local delivery cost prior to placing your order.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays, or public holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Shipping)
All international orders may be subject to customs and duties fees. These fees are not included in your final purchase price and are your responsibility to pay upon receipt of your package. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns Policy
1. Overview and Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns of merchandise that is in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order number).
3. Return Process
Request a Return: Before sending any item back, you must contact us at hmequestrian@gmail.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) to be returned along with the original proof of purchase.
Shipping: Clearly mark the outside of the package with the RMA number and mail your return to the following address: HM Equestrian, 40 Pipistrelle Drive, Market Bosworth. Nuneaton. CV13 0NW
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
For Customer Discretionary Returns: If the return is for reasons of preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Processing Time: Please note that it may take an additional days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hmdequestrian@gmail.com and send your item to the return address provided above.
Optional addition for size exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired size.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hmequestrian@gmail.com.
